I’ve made bold decisions, started from zero more than once, and learned what actually works, not from theory, but from being in it. I began my career in healthcare, one of the most demanding environments you can walk into. It taught me how to stay calm under pressure, take responsibility seriously, and show up with discipline every single day. Those qualities have never left me.

Stepping Into Technology — With No Map

Driven by curiosity, I made a decision most people around me didn't understand. I stepped into software engineering through an internship, no clear path, no guarantee of success. Just a willingness to learn from zero.

I didn’t just move up, I moved across. From writing code to understanding business needs, and then leading delivery, each role gave me a different lens on how organisations actually work. But along the way, there was a shift.I realised I wasn’t just interested in projects or processes, I was drawn to helping people think better, work better, and grow. That led me to start exploring coaching, beginning with my IC Agile Coaching certification. While I’m still on that journey, I’ve already started applying these principles in how I work with teams and individuals. Because for me, it’s not just about delivering work, it’s about helping people and businesses truly improve how they operate.
